Hello cutie! So this diy is such a life hack for ppl like me who have no time to iron their clothes lol or a travel bug thats on the go go go! I found this on pintrest and I was shocked how simple it is to make... I usually buy downy's wrinkle release for $6!!!!! Why do that when you could make it yourself for less than a dollar or heck for free? You might already have all the things at home! It is srsly so simple to make!



The magical ingredients are... fabric softener and water... That is right folks just two basic everyday items! You will also need a spray bottle of any kind that you might have lying around the house some where! Promise you this spray works hehe its like a little thing everyone should have!

Weighed myself and I gained 2lbs haha! These testing out the waters is messing me up! Measurement for cooked meat I will bring it down to only eating 2oz. It was so much easier to eat up cooked meat thats already prepared for u! It is ok I still lost quite a few poundage! Learning learning learning! I dont think eating to 500 is necessary unless you are more heavier set than yes you might need it, but for me im ok with less than 400 just to be on safe side! Today is the day where I will be doing tutorials since I am lacking in it! Getting that DIY bug lately so hehe!

Meal today is pretty lazy... Not a lot of calories.. I am just not  as hungry as I use to be. The drops really help curb appetite! Cold weather calls for soupy meals! And I do miss eggs on my diet. I always dream I am cheating or weighing myself or messing up on the diet is that normal? Like thats pretty much my dream everyday LOL! Obsessive much yes! I am so crazy!


I have been doing tarot card reading on myself and my journey, plus my on hiatus relationship and I always get the same thing... money, family problems, problems with a diminishing relationship and it honestly breaks my heart! Because I worked so hard to maintain this relationship... To try my best to strive for a life I want and be comfortable in I will always have problems with him and family... I ask a dear friend of mine why is this happening and she is more skilled in this than I, told me self reading... The cards are more telling about the person vs... about the situation... So the money and family is me and the other things, the masculine things is him.  I remember my first read a friend of mine did for me... for my future is bright with someone who is well off and I will have a happy life! No stress no worries... So I am really having my heart set on that happiness and working hard on myself! If my readings are really reflecting of myself... I will do better I will.

I feel super happy after my weigh in today! for some reason i am down 8 lbs? Crazy right? I am also on my woman cycle and I also read up girls actually lose more during this time! I am super excited I honestly feel like I will get to my goal in time for everything and actually get my life together! Journey to love myself and be comfortable in my own skin... I do not recommend this diet for ppl who are already at a healthy weight! This is super drastic! For my height and age my weight is not on the healthy side huehuehue I blame the... going out for drinks and late meals... Not to mention I was barely active as well! When I am finished with my hcg I will start training at the gym! working out does feel great and toning myself will be a struggle, but I am motivated more than anything! No more empty promises, no more ppl talking about me, no more excuses! It is also really great that my co workers are in a health nut phase with me as well! They are great support and I am super stoked! SO for my one week down I have lost 13 lbs! I am getting to my goal!

It is a really cold day so I wont be grocery shopping and prepping till tomorrow! I learned you may use cooked meat but measure it out by 3oz which is totally fine! Mom boiled some turkey and made turkey broth so I have soup for days! I have been craving pho and congee a lot... so this should suffice! I will try to go to central market and buy some bison and grass fed beef which I am excited to make chili and other things!


mood~ I am almost at the weight where I was in high school LOL! This is srsly so exciting! I mean I didnt gain weight drastically until my twenties... Like I use to be good at maintaining my weight... I honestly dont eat much thats why im doing so well on this diet, its just that my metabolism is excruciatingly slow and not being super active doesnt help either, but all of that will change soon! I will also try weight watchers after phase 4 so it will be easier to calorie count and what not. I also want to try corset training? I love the hourglass figure and what better time to do it than now? I am looking up on it, but stuff is super pricey!

Here is an update on me other than my ridonkulous diet, I have been planning my summertime activities! Did I mention I have blue hair now? Well many shades haha It still needs a lot of tweeking, but the place where I buy my color wont get a new shipment of it till next week... SO I have been sporting this wild greenish teal blue hair for a week now haha! I get all these stares from older folks and little girls come up to me saying they like it... im just in an awkward time... haha! Thankfully though, my hair isnt crazy damaged! I am thankful I still have hair still from all the coloring ive done... Like trying to keep up with trends and standing out is tiring! Originally I wanted purple hair, but so many ppl either have purple, pink, red so out of comfort zone and sporting a greenish blue neck, I picked blue lol.

Other than my hair change and my life stylel changes, I found cheap flight to seattle in july and im so excited! I will stop at la for an hour? I wish I can have a longer flight delay... never been to cali! I have so many friends there... I would like to hangout so badly! But the reason why I am going to seattle? I LOVE seattle! It is srsly so beautiful! I dont mind the rainy days and their summer... The fresh air and trees and beautiful scenery.... not to mention so many daiso stores! and good food omo im getting so excited ahahhaa and i will be going to canada van city for a bit as well! If a friend of mine comes with me to seattle... We will road trip to cali! I hope she does come through though! So much site seeing, meeting friends, eating all sorts of goodies... I cannot wait! But for now I am laying low and saving up for my summer fun! I will also do videos for you guys soon hehe

I stalled I did it to myself haha! Thinking I didnt have to take all my drops.... and eating less... NOT A GOOD IDEA! I am sad... I srsly want to lose 40lbs in the 40 day time period... I wonder if I can extend this without doing phase 3 right after? I heard about a 90 day phase 2, but u might stall... SOOO many ifs!

Today is friday! Cant believe this week has flown by! I weighed myself and I went down 2lbs so in total I am losing a pound a day? I think I am getting the hang of this stuff and I was scared I wasnt eating enough on this diet, but really you dont have to eat 500 bc sometimes... measurements can exceed that in my case, and I will just stall which is a no no! I wanted to do some tutorials today but my family came home early so no recording till next week sobs! Everyone is on spring break and I am pretty gloomy... It is either sxsw or anime matsuri... I didnt sign up for a table this year since... Anime ppl dont really like  my cute in style creations? LOL just being honest... I am not artistic enough! I am waiting for my tax returns to come back so I can get my ticket to seattle.. Aunty pulled out last minute since cousin cant make it till winter break? But I promise to meet ppl already and planned things so I cant go back on it.

Since its friday I cannot eat meat so its only seafood! I am not a fan of cabbage... Or I made it too spicy but the texture is no bueno... So I will op out strawberries and cabbage from this recipe... I decided to try and make a broccoli pizza~ I saw a recipe on youtube and well... mine didnt come out like hers? I also made my own pizza sauce too which tasted pretty yummy! Idk how to really calorie count this sucker... but i just looked up what i used? which was egg, broccoli, tomatoes came to 162? I'll try to make this again and make a video for you guys! I wish There was more ppl I can interact with haha I did find a forum, but for some reason I cannot post threads or anything....


I am also eating tilapia for dinner tonight and here is a recipe I used! I found this online and its pretty simple and fast to make. It calls for like garlic and onions after u sate and in the baking sheet? But I had some already pre cooked! You may also use fresh herbs as well!

On a good note! I am feeling great! A pound a day is awesome! I dont think I'll be mixing my vegetables next week? Unless the recipe calls for it bc I want to lose weight faster... I read a girl lost like... 16 lbs in 6 days the hell is this!????!?! Ugh my body come come now lets get to crackin lol! I cannot wait to be done with phase 2 and adding in a workout regimen!

I am so sad! I gained a pound! Does that mean I stalled? I think I ate more than two melba toasts... It was crumbled up sobbing... So with that and eating the apple, I think I ate over 500... Bad on my end for not being careful! Hopefully I can get right back on track from this or I will be so discouraged! I took off today to just cook and prep and make a few videos on my diet and meals.

So for lunch I had my bison and asparagus and for dinner I tried out this herb tilapia recipe and going to eat it with a salad! Tomorrow is friday so no meats! I will most likely have shrimp and tilapia tomorrow! I like my fish more on the crunchier side and I wanted to cook it longer than recipe called for! If u want it more soft and juicy just sate quicker and add to oven with veggie broth or plain water. As for the tea thing... Idk I can only drink super cold stuff? Like hot drinks just make me feel sick for some reason... This applies to coffee or teas! I added my strawberries to my tea and eating them with no joy HAHAHA

My mood for today... I rather be safe than sorry! Plus I am not that hungry today... Pretty sad about the mistake I did yesterday! Hope I can make it up today! I am not a fan of strawberries at all lol! I thought freezing them and let it make its own syrup would make it sweet NOPE SOOOO SOUR! ugh... I deslike strawberries... even though my name LOL piinkstrawberii I like it with cream or sugar, but sadly cant have those...

Hello cutie! I weighed myself today and I dropped 2 pounds! but I shouldnt have skipped my dinner I feel super drained today ahaha! So I made sure I packed enough to eat today!

Todays Menu

1 cup blueberries (85 cal)
2 cups salad with 8 cherry tomatoes (50 cal)

Meal plan today is actually pretty tasty! I made a shrimp salad with a apple cider vinegar and lemon dressing and pretty much inhaled that bad boy haha! It was pretty hard to eat the blueberries this morning... Just felt kinda sluggish and fruits is not an everyday thing for me anyways so trying to incorporate them in is a struggle! I should make a video next time I meal prep and show you guys recipes I've collected hehe!


Dinner consist of bison and asparagus! I never had bison before so this is a treat! It is very lean and more flavorful than beef! It is pretty tasty and awesome to break away from eating chicken haha! I like how we are not too limited in our choices! I didnt sate the apasragus this time, just blanched them... forgot to season also haha so I sob a bit!

I also went shopping at the dollar tree for some sandwich baggies to pack and freeze my portions, but ended up walking out with a shit ton of stuff... LOL does anyone else have that problem? Should of bought all my spices here instead at walmart or etc so cheap! manage to find some broccoli as well! going to attempt and make yummy pizza with it next week!

Mood is pretty drained feeling! I read a message from him and it just made me some what relieved? I dont really want him to dip out my life completely slowly, but surely... A friendship can still remain.
My mother is starting to show some support and my dad is still like an asshole, but any support from my mom I always appreciate so I feel relieved when I meal plan shes also jumping on the prep wagon as well hehe! Life is slowly getting better and im going to be positive about everything that has happened to me! Even though.. I wont see my friends as much... I just hope they understand I have to go through with this! Because im pretty sure I will slip back to my old ways if I start going out haha!

Ok bad idea sleeping for an hour when you have a 10hr shift... not to mention my morning was hectic so i didnt eat till around 1? but I was starving and didnt want to wait 30 min for the drops to kick in for first meal so I had my fruit for breakfast which was a cup of blueberries? My sleepless night consisted of looking at recipes on youtube and phase 2 is no joke! and its not limited so I am really excited to try to make other things vs just chicken and shrimp..... I would get sick of it so fast!!!!

Menue for today:
1 cup blueberries (85 cal)

100 grams chicken (110 cal)
1 melba toast (20 cal)
3 vitamin gummies c and d (30 cal)
1 cup green tea


I went grocery shopping at central market and found some bison brisket? 9$ for a pound? which is ok? I mean I will get a few meals out of it! I also found amino acid spray, salt substitute, green tea and strawberries were on sale! so my grocery shopping cost about 25$ After shopping went home and prepped haha i know its like wth should of did this sunday but I was somewhat not prepared! Took me about 2 hours to prep and then I passed out as soon as I hit my bed so I missed out taking my drops and dinner.... I sobbing... so my calorie intake is super low but meal  prepping is the shit! and hopefully I will like bison... suppose to be more leaner and more flavorful than beef!


So I prepped on monday and tuesday which consist of chicken, shrimp, bison with cabbage, asparagas and salads! For fruits I have apples, blueberries, and strawberries that I put in the freezer! Its lent season so I will eat my seafood on fridays (not a crazy shrimp fan) Now that I know what to do I will do my shopping and prepping on sunday since it is really an off day for me! first week is pretty stressful not going to lie! I weighed myself tuesday morning and I lost a pound! I am scared I might stale since I am not really awared of portions and looking them up online it varies so hopefully im not going over 500! I looked up the book and he doesnt say that its not bad to eat under 500 calories, but going over is no bueno!

My mood and how I am doing? Second day wasnt so bad! I just need to drink more water and take my drops at appropriate times. I feel really liberated being single like I was super unhappy with this person for a good while and it wasnt healthy.... But you know because of what happened to us it just makes me work harder on myself, to go on a journey to love myself, bc I haveny loved myself in a long time and it is time for change. I cant wait for things to happen anymore!

Next week meals... I would like to try using grass fed lean beef and make chilis, cabage rolls, veggie pizza, tilapia. I am so happy we get to season the crap out of this stuff lol! I also decided to do phase 2 for 40 days which is the max! so around mid april I will be done and start phase 3! I will also start training with a personal trainer (perks of family owned vitamin shops and body builder employees AHHAHA) It is about to be 5am... need to get the rest of my sleep and start my day! Life is going to be great!

Hello cutie! Here is my day one entry! I am starting the HCG journey finally after months of like stuck on phase 1 LOL!!!! Like im not going to lie about it.... I have this thing for food... its so good and comforting and cooking geez I love to cook, but I am getting older now and my body is like not breaking down things and after 25 it goes downhill so why did I pick such a harsh diet? I tried many... I did the gym and everything, but the results were not so rewarding like... I wanted it fast... Like I am not the thinnest asian, im pretty fluffy all around which is fine I think all shapes and sizes are beautiful, but I want to get at a certain image to be happy and more confident because if you watch my videos I dont really show myself like negative comments sometimes get to me so I want to change. For the better and be happy and make more videos and actually enjoy it! Plus im just getting tired of my life and how it was... I was really a very unhappy person surrounded by very negative ppl, like I have no support from my family and they kinda just always knocked me down, but I realize like... I am not living for them and its time I live for myself and my goals... SOOOOO with that being said... I have to work hard and this hcg journey my friends did it and look amazing and I am determined to go through with this!


I did research on it and got the drops from the sunflower shop so I will do the 20 day challenge and if im still not to my goal I'll go to the 40 day challenge! Its an extreme low calorie diet and when I measured my meals and tried to prep I was like whoa... these portions are crazy! Not going to lie... first day was pretty painful LOL prepping took forever! Theres debate on not having breakfast but u can have unlimited intake of coffee or tea... no sugar... T_T I am also confused with veggie portion on this... 1 cup is one serving but how the hell do u measure lettuce? I bought a lot of veggies, seafood, and portioned my chicken... this is all for just one week or two geez... lol

Meal for today
2 serving chicken
1 serving chopped asparagas
1 bowl salad and cherry tomatos (pretty small bowl... )
1 orange
1 apple
1 melba toast
1 bottle water (ugh i need to drink more! not a fan of water sobbing)
so my grand total give or take is 494? 



I am only suppose to eat 500 calories and with the drops! I also take vitamin gummies c and d! I think i will take biotin as well since im pretty sure my hair will fall out even more... my hair is naturally thin. Hopefully I can do this for 20 days like all im going off of is myself and supporting myself lol I hope with just that, I will succeed! and also writing on here will help me as well! My sleep pattern is really bad also so i need to fix that haha! I dont sleep till around 6 am? and i wake up around 12-1 in the afternoon... its really bad I know, but I quit my job and now working for my parents so tomorrow or later on today I should say... I have to work a 10 hour shift... Well that is about it! I am actually eating my "dinner" at  3 am LOL I cant force myself to sleep... Hopefully i'll tire myself out tomorrow and fix my sleep sched! If you guys know any recipes or anything or more info or even doing it too or did it hehe! Oh and I also bought a nice scale for food and to weight myself (forgot to weigh myself before I ate omo) I am really excited about this journey!

Hello Cutie! It has been awhile eh? I go through random spurts to clean my room which is rarely, bc.. most the time I have laundry and makeup everywhere LOL! Like I love being organized just lazy at times! Who isnt?! I do need to pick up the habit and keep it clean at all times though hehe! So my room is pretty small and I wish I had a makeup room like most makeup guru's do sigh... one day one day! Everything is pretty much the same! except now my comforters actually match the season? I have like 3... Weather here is so shitty!


My style choice in my room is a mixture of... victorian, shabby chic, lil princes type room haha! I like to surround myself with beautiful things like... If you seen howls moving castle I just love his room so magical and cozy! I mean thats a lot of cluster but still haha! Such a cluster of beautiful things! I wanted like a boutique type vibe as well! I am some what of a hoarder I suppose! and... pretty much everything in there I purchased with my own money unless it was gifted to me!


So this area is the cluster of pretty things haha! the wall I wanted to cover in a lot of frames and what have you, but not sure if it will just make my room feel even smaller... but this area is where i keep all my little things and jewelry! I love jewelry and displaying them like this helps me see what i want to wear!

This area is where I keep my makeup and hair products etc. I am not really in love with tis area.. Wish I can find wood drawer type stuff to organize my makeup! Like I dont like my white furniture pieces and wish everything matched my bed set, but for now it will be this mix of colos... Future place... I will make my makeup room all white and bedroom set woods and old antique feel!


Personally my favorite spot is my night stand area! I have three mirrors to help me put on my makeup LOL This is where I have my skincare items and what not and also where I put my makeup! So I have a makeup station area and then my skincare station lol! but yes this is my pretty corner where I do enjoy sitting! also my new area where I'll be filming.

Not like my last one which basically just shows you around (tried to do a artsy feel type video, but I guess a lot of u hated it lol) and i actually talk in this one so woop wooop! And in no way am i bragging about my room! You guys asked for it so i shall present it! I dont really care about the negative some of u will say i mean... it is my room not yours lol! i will do what i please and design it how i like! i do hope you enjoy seeing my humble abode!
