HI THERE! I know I've been super mia, but for good reasons! I am working hard myself to become a better person where I can feel comfortable and happy so with those goals... I want to lose a good amount of weight, get my life situated, move out and have a better job! With all those goals I have to keep myself busy and hopefully when I reach them I can blog and do more videos and actually feel confident in doing so! I always had a struggle within myself and this journey is really helping me. I feel great and lost up to 20 lbs! I am doing a low carb high protein/fat diet and I tell you this is great stuff! I hope you will consider meal prepping since it will benefit you so much in the long run!


Here is an in depth video how I meal prep, cook, what I use and etc for a healthier life! I hope you will give it a shot and see how easy it is! Even if you dont like cooking... there are  a lot of great choices out there in the frozen section hehe! pre-cooked meats for zero fuss and your body will thank you for the good stuff you putting in! Not going to lie... I was a crazy carb eater and ate out almost everyday... But once you take out all the bad stuff you will notice you skin, mood, and health will totally change and im hooked onto eating right! Not to mention adding in some squats and what not for that healthy bum!

I hope you will give it a try! Sorry I am turning into a food blog more than anything else haha! I want to be diverse! But we will see! I have a lot of hauls and what not to show you guys! I am also into couponing, but im not sure if you all wanna see that! But I do have some videos I need to work on just life is pretty hectic! I hope you are doing well and have a great weekend! To all my carb lovers that are on a low carb diet like me or just want to cut down on sugars and all the bad, this recipe is great to try! I love carbs... I love love love pasta and buttery rolls and craved it a lot during my phase 2 on hcg... But this is such a great alternative to those cravings and lower intake on carbs! People who dont calorie count dont really realize how many items even fruits and veggies have carbs! Its not bad to consume, but you have to keep that stuff on moderation! The ratio to carb and protein... need to be higher in the protein vs the carbs huehue!



I put mine in a loaf pan and made about four slices... I tried to make round shaped ones in a baking pan, but failed horribly! I flatten them out a bit too much thus becoming some type of tortilla thing that i couldnt remove from the pan.... WASTED ALL OF THEM! and cried a bit, but I mean practice makes perfect right? Dont suffer from my mistake! Just plop a good amount onto that pan girlfriend!

Ingredients you will need:
4 large eggs ( separate whites from the yolks )
1 pkg of cream cheese (full fat)
1 tsp baking powder
1 pkg of stevia or sweetener
seasonings of choice

1. In two bowls, separate egg yolks from egg whites.
2. add your baking powder to egg whites and whisk till you form stiff peaks. set aside
3. add cream cheese to egg yolk mixture and your seasonings plus sweetener and mix till combine
4. combine egg whites to your cream cheese mixture gently till well incorporated
5. on a baking tray or brean pan form a good dollop of your mixture ( make sure they have space in between each other! the mixture does spread while cooking)
6. pre-heat oven to 300 and cook bread till golden brown

And that is pretty much it! This tasted really really yummy and easily kept in fridge and can be toasted day after! You can easily make 6-8 servings so i hope you give this a try!

Hi you guys! It has been awhile! But I wanted to share with you all that I am on a low carb diet! I am currently on phase 3 of the hcg diet and it calls for no sugars or starchy foods so I can partake in lots of fats and protein! UMMM YAY? I have been really good with my eating habits and here and there I want a snack, but I havent fell off the band wagon yet! I am also starting to add working out to my regimen! I am actually on my first day of jillian michael's 30 day shred and so far so good! Added in a 40 min walk as well and I feel great! Ok so onto the recipe! These super easy little breakfast cups are so nice for the morning after working out and not to mention low carbs! Not to mention you can meal prep this as well and make a dozen or so for the week! I usually eat 2 since my calorie intake has to be at 1200! But you can def eat it with other things! Here is what you will need!

Ingredients:
large eggs
2 bacon ( I used turkey bacon which was 30 calories per slice and depending on how many you want to make or meal prep each 1 egg needs 2 slices of bacon.)
filling of your choice ( green onion, avacado, cheese, etc)
salt & pepper to taste 

All you really need to do is just make baskets/cups with your two bacon strips! then add whatever filling you would like, I used green onions! Though keep in mind there will be some water when you bite into them! Then cook for about 20 min till egg sets or if you want it on the runnier side do 10-15 minutes! While its still hot, add cheese and spices of your choosing and WALA! FINISHED! Depending if you put cheese or not these could equal up to 184 - 214 calories per little egg turkey muffing mababer!

Hello cutie! Here is srsly a quick and easy recipe I do when I dont have much time to cook after long day at work! It is super simple to make and still looks very eye appealing and tasty hehe! I usually either do pho noodles or flat thicker ones or even rice paper and cut them into long strips, but I feel like pho noodles have a better texture to them! I am super notorious for not measuring things, but since I am getting into more cooking videos I will start to do so!


Ingredients 
1/2 beef round eye thinly sliced
2 white onions
2 bundles of pho noodles
4-5 baby bok choys 
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs light oyster sauce
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tsp sesame oil
3-4 tbs coconut oil
sesame seeds to taste
salt & pepper to taste

This should be able to feed about 4 people or so! I hope you give this a try!

I feel super happy after my weigh in today! for some reason i am down 8 lbs? Crazy right? I am also on my woman cycle and I also read up girls actually lose more during this time! I am super excited I honestly feel like I will get to my goal in time for everything and actually get my life together! Journey to love myself and be comfortable in my own skin... I do not recommend this diet for ppl who are already at a healthy weight! This is super drastic! For my height and age my weight is not on the healthy side huehuehue I blame the... going out for drinks and late meals... Not to mention I was barely active as well! When I am finished with my hcg I will start training at the gym! working out does feel great and toning myself will be a struggle, but I am motivated more than anything! No more empty promises, no more ppl talking about me, no more excuses! It is also really great that my co workers are in a health nut phase with me as well! They are great support and I am super stoked! SO for my one week down I have lost 13 lbs! I am getting to my goal!

It is a really cold day so I wont be grocery shopping and prepping till tomorrow! I learned you may use cooked meat but measure it out by 3oz which is totally fine! Mom boiled some turkey and made turkey broth so I have soup for days! I have been craving pho and congee a lot... so this should suffice! I will try to go to central market and buy some bison and grass fed beef which I am excited to make chili and other things!


mood~ I am almost at the weight where I was in high school LOL! This is srsly so exciting! I mean I didnt gain weight drastically until my twenties... Like I use to be good at maintaining my weight... I honestly dont eat much thats why im doing so well on this diet, its just that my metabolism is excruciatingly slow and not being super active doesnt help either, but all of that will change soon! I will also try weight watchers after phase 4 so it will be easier to calorie count and what not. I also want to try corset training? I love the hourglass figure and what better time to do it than now? I am looking up on it, but stuff is super pricey!

I am so sad! I gained a pound! Does that mean I stalled? I think I ate more than two melba toasts... It was crumbled up sobbing... So with that and eating the apple, I think I ate over 500... Bad on my end for not being careful! Hopefully I can get right back on track from this or I will be so discouraged! I took off today to just cook and prep and make a few videos on my diet and meals.

So for lunch I had my bison and asparagus and for dinner I tried out this herb tilapia recipe and going to eat it with a salad! Tomorrow is friday so no meats! I will most likely have shrimp and tilapia tomorrow! I like my fish more on the crunchier side and I wanted to cook it longer than recipe called for! If u want it more soft and juicy just sate quicker and add to oven with veggie broth or plain water. As for the tea thing... Idk I can only drink super cold stuff? Like hot drinks just make me feel sick for some reason... This applies to coffee or teas! I added my strawberries to my tea and eating them with no joy HAHAHA

My mood for today... I rather be safe than sorry! Plus I am not that hungry today... Pretty sad about the mistake I did yesterday! Hope I can make it up today! I am not a fan of strawberries at all lol! I thought freezing them and let it make its own syrup would make it sweet NOPE SOOOO SOUR! ugh... I deslike strawberries... even though my name LOL piinkstrawberii I like it with cream or sugar, but sadly cant have those...

Hello cutie! I weighed myself today and I dropped 2 pounds! but I shouldnt have skipped my dinner I feel super drained today ahaha! So I made sure I packed enough to eat today!

Todays Menu

1 cup blueberries (85 cal)
2 cups salad with 8 cherry tomatoes (50 cal)
100 grams cooked shrimp (99 cal)
3 Vitamin gummies (30 cal)
1 cup asparagus (27 cal)
100 grams bison (109 cal)
2 melba toast (40 cal)
1 small apple (78 cal)


Meal plan today is actually pretty tasty! I made a shrimp salad with a apple cider vinegar and lemon dressing and pretty much inhaled that bad boy haha! It was pretty hard to eat the blueberries this morning... Just felt kinda sluggish and fruits is not an everyday thing for me anyways so trying to incorporate them in is a struggle! I should make a video next time I meal prep and show you guys recipes I've collected hehe!


Dinner consist of bison and asparagus! I never had bison before so this is a treat! It is very lean and more flavorful than beef! It is pretty tasty and awesome to break away from eating chicken haha! I like how we are not too limited in our choices! I didnt sate the apasragus this time, just blanched them... forgot to season also haha so I sob a bit!

I also went shopping at the dollar tree for some sandwich baggies to pack and freeze my portions, but ended up walking out with a shit ton of stuff... LOL does anyone else have that problem? Should of bought all my spices here instead at walmart or etc so cheap! manage to find some broccoli as well! going to attempt and make yummy pizza with it next week!

Mood is pretty drained feeling! I read a message from him and it just made me some what relieved? I dont really want him to dip out my life completely slowly, but surely... A friendship can still remain.
My mother is starting to show some support and my dad is still like an asshole, but any support from my mom I always appreciate so I feel relieved when I meal plan shes also jumping on the prep wagon as well hehe! Life is slowly getting better and im going to be positive about everything that has happened to me! Even though.. I wont see my friends as much... I just hope they understand I have to go through with this! Because im pretty sure I will slip back to my old ways if I start going out haha!

Ok bad idea sleeping for an hour when you have a 10hr shift... not to mention my morning was hectic so i didnt eat till around 1? but I was starving and didnt want to wait 30 min for the drops to kick in for first meal so I had my fruit for breakfast which was a cup of blueberries? My sleepless night consisted of looking at recipes on youtube and phase 2 is no joke! and its not limited so I am really excited to try to make other things vs just chicken and shrimp..... I would get sick of it so fast!!!!

Menue for today:
1 cup blueberries (85 cal)
1 cups asparagus (27 cal)
100 grams chicken (110 cal)
1 melba toast (20 cal)
3 vitamin gummies c and d (30 cal)
1 cup green tea


I went grocery shopping at central market and found some bison brisket? 9$ for a pound? which is ok? I mean I will get a few meals out of it! I also found amino acid spray, salt substitute, green tea and strawberries were on sale! so my grocery shopping cost about 25$ After shopping went home and prepped haha i know its like wth should of did this sunday but I was somewhat not prepared! Took me about 2 hours to prep and then I passed out as soon as I hit my bed so I missed out taking my drops and dinner.... I sobbing... so my calorie intake is super low but meal  prepping is the shit! and hopefully I will like bison... suppose to be more leaner and more flavorful than beef!


So I prepped on monday and tuesday which consist of chicken, shrimp, bison with cabbage, asparagas and salads! For fruits I have apples, blueberries, and strawberries that I put in the freezer! Its lent season so I will eat my seafood on fridays (not a crazy shrimp fan) Now that I know what to do I will do my shopping and prepping on sunday since it is really an off day for me! first week is pretty stressful not going to lie! I weighed myself tuesday morning and I lost a pound! I am scared I might stale since I am not really awared of portions and looking them up online it varies so hopefully im not going over 500! I looked up the book and he doesnt say that its not bad to eat under 500 calories, but going over is no bueno!

My mood and how I am doing? Second day wasnt so bad! I just need to drink more water and take my drops at appropriate times. I feel really liberated being single like I was super unhappy with this person for a good while and it wasnt healthy.... But you know because of what happened to us it just makes me work harder on myself, to go on a journey to love myself, bc I haveny loved myself in a long time and it is time for change. I cant wait for things to happen anymore!

Next week meals... I would like to try using grass fed lean beef and make chilis, cabage rolls, veggie pizza, tilapia. I am so happy we get to season the crap out of this stuff lol! I also decided to do phase 2 for 40 days which is the max! so around mid april I will be done and start phase 3! I will also start training with a personal trainer (perks of family owned vitamin shops and body builder employees AHHAHA) It is about to be 5am... need to get the rest of my sleep and start my day! Life is going to be great!

Hello cutie! Here is my day one entry! I am starting the HCG journey finally after months of like stuck on phase 1 LOL!!!! Like im not going to lie about it.... I have this thing for food... its so good and comforting and cooking geez I love to cook, but I am getting older now and my body is like not breaking down things and after 25 it goes downhill so why did I pick such a harsh diet? I tried many... I did the gym and everything, but the results were not so rewarding like... I wanted it fast... Like I am not the thinnest asian, im pretty fluffy all around which is fine I think all shapes and sizes are beautiful, but I want to get at a certain image to be happy and more confident because if you watch my videos I dont really show myself like negative comments sometimes get to me so I want to change. For the better and be happy and make more videos and actually enjoy it! Plus im just getting tired of my life and how it was... I was really a very unhappy person surrounded by very negative ppl, like I have no support from my family and they kinda just always knocked me down, but I realize like... I am not living for them and its time I live for myself and my goals... SOOOOO with that being said... I have to work hard and this hcg journey my friends did it and look amazing and I am determined to go through with this!


I did research on it and got the drops from the sunflower shop so I will do the 20 day challenge and if im still not to my goal I'll go to the 40 day challenge! Its an extreme low calorie diet and when I measured my meals and tried to prep I was like whoa... these portions are crazy! Not going to lie... first day was pretty painful LOL prepping took forever! Theres debate on not having breakfast but u can have unlimited intake of coffee or tea... no sugar... T_T I am also confused with veggie portion on this... 1 cup is one serving but how the hell do u measure lettuce? I bought a lot of veggies, seafood, and portioned my chicken... this is all for just one week or two geez... lol

Meal for today
2 serving chicken
1 serving chopped asparagas
1 bowl salad and cherry tomatos (pretty small bowl... )
1 orange
1 apple
1 melba toast
1 bottle water (ugh i need to drink more! not a fan of water sobbing)
so my grand total give or take is 494? 



I am only suppose to eat 500 calories and with the drops! I also take vitamin gummies c and d! I think i will take biotin as well since im pretty sure my hair will fall out even more... my hair is naturally thin. Hopefully I can do this for 20 days like all im going off of is myself and supporting myself lol I hope with just that, I will succeed! and also writing on here will help me as well! My sleep pattern is really bad also so i need to fix that haha! I dont sleep till around 6 am? and i wake up around 12-1 in the afternoon... its really bad I know, but I quit my job and now working for my parents so tomorrow or later on today I should say... I have to work a 10 hour shift... Well that is about it! I am actually eating my "dinner" at  3 am LOL I cant force myself to sleep... Hopefully i'll tire myself out tomorrow and fix my sleep sched! If you guys know any recipes or anything or more info or even doing it too or did it hehe! Oh and I also bought a nice scale for food and to weight myself (forgot to weigh myself before I ate omo) I am really excited about this journey!

Hello! I wanted to do a food section on my blog? Like recipes i've made or places i've gone to in my area that would maybe interest anyone that is in Texas or visiting! So this post will be about blue fish! My friend worked there so she wanted me to try it out and I have to say this place is sooo good! Rarely do I eat a lot of sushi bc my stomach cant really handle too much of a good thing? But I manage to eat a lot of it which surprised me a bit! I usually only eat one or two rolls and I am done haha! The atmosphere itself is nice as well! and the staff is really nice and my cup srsly was never emptied! A plus in my book! Ok so onto what we ate...



Sundae Roll
This is a popular roll and for good reasons haha it has shrimp temupra, cream cheese, snow crab mix, topped with crab sticks and sauces were eal, mayo, spicy chili. I am not a fan of any type of cream cheese in my sushi roll, but it was not over powering in this roll what so ever! It is a very savory and sweet roll I really liked it haha! 


Rainforest Roll
This roll I swear is bomb.com! Another signature roll that is so delicious! This roll comes with shrimp tempura, avocado topped with atlantic scottish salmon and spicy tuna, and sauces is a martini and eel sauce yum!


Rock Manhattan
My favorite roll! This thing is crazy big and has a lot of everything in it! I mean you can call this a meal pretty much hahaha! What it comes with... Shrimp tempura, snow crab mix, fresh jalapeno topped with spicy tuna and crab stick, three types of caviar and sauces are a creamy wasabi, eel sauce, spicy mayo and sriracha. The photos dont serve it justice lol! plus forgot to take photo with the caviar which they added later oops!


Salmon and Yellow Tail Roll
I usually always get raw fish type rolls like these and I think they are fine! No fishy taste what so ever and it taste fresh! Presentation wise... lol these kinda lack, but it taste good none the less 


Spider Roll
Another staple roll I always order! It is tempura soft shell crab, avacado and cucumber with a very yummy honey miso sauce (LOVE THIS SAUCE) 


 Perks of having a friend work here... we got the hookups on dessert! NOM! She got tempura ice cream with cinnamon ice cream which is nice! I thought this was ok? it kinda got soggy and the cinnamon im not a fan of, but I mean... it is such a hard thing to make! i tried to make this back in the day and it was a disaster huehuehue, but this was pretty good!


 I ordered this wonderful tower of goodness! Its like a wonton and berry tower thing sorry i forgot the name but it has custard in every level of wonton and your choice of ice cream at the bottom!  I was extremely stuffed, but the first few bites were delicious!

All in all the rolls are decently priced and the atmosphere is lovely too! the staff is really friendly and I wouldnt mind coming here for my sushi fix from now on! Sorry about the shitty phone quality photos... forgot to bring my dslr camera huhuhu next time! ill try to bring it and take more professional eyegasmic photos hehe!

Hello everyoneee so ive been in such a cooking mood lately... and i have a cooking channel? LOL but im still very noob at it... i just wanted to try something new! If you guys dont know i love free the ppl blog and this recipe seemed super easy to make and i love coconut anything so i decided to try it myself and tweaked it a bit lul! their blog


Ingredients:
❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

❤ 1 ½ cups shredded coconut

❤ 1 tsp vanilla extract

❤ 1/8 tsp salt

❤ 2 egg whites

❤ 1/3 cup granulated sugar

❤ 1/3 cup white chocolate, chopped

❤ 2 large bananas

❤ 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped

❤ 2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:
❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

❤ 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square tin with foil, then spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray or oil.

❤ 2. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut, vanilla, salt and egg whites. Stir in the chopped white chocolate and sugar.

❤ 3. Press into the lined tin.

❤ 4. Wrap the bananas in foil.

❤ 5. Place the foil-wrapped bananas and the coconut base into the oven separately. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the coconut base is golden brown and the bananas are dark and starting to seep a bit

❤ 6. Immediately peel the bananas into a bowl and mash roughly with a fork.

❤ 7. Spread the mashed banana over the coconut base and sprinkle on the chopped chocolate.

❤ 8. Spread the chocolate evenly to cover the entire base and sprinkle with marshmallows.

❤ 9. Turn your broiler on and put the oven rack on the top third of the oven. Place the pan under the broiler for less than one minute, just until the marshmallows are toasted. Watch them closely!

❤ 10. Remove from the pan and peel away the foil. Cut s'mores bars into 12 or 16 squares. You could also make these s'mores over the barbecue by making the base in the oven ahead of time and roasting the remaining ingredients over the heat. Enjoy!

I hope you guys try this recipe out! its super sweet for my liking, but my family liked it so it was a win win!
